At the outset, we undertake to find a tenant, which includes circulating to those on our register and advertising.

When a tenant shows interest, we then obtain references for approval by the Landlord.

The tenants are liable for all of the costs involved, including the preparation of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, the preparation of the Schedule of Condition and Inventory (both at the commencement and conclusion of the tenancy).

All tenants have to pay a deposit amounting to 1 ½ month’s of the agreed rent and this is held until the end of the tenancy. We undertake periodic inspections and would deal with any overall management required in conjunction with a Landlord.
