Richard Goodeve - Partner

Richard first started in the profession in 1956 in the then railway town of Eastleigh. He moved to Alton on the 1st June 1959 and has since gained vast experience in all aspects of the profession and boasts that he knows the area like the back of his hand. Richard has been involved in a great number of facets of the profession, including various types of valuations and surveys as well as auctioneering. His first love, however, has always remained in selling all types of property where he has been able to meet with the public at large.

Outside his profession Richard’s passions have been sport, dancing and gardening and over the years he has been involved in raising many thousands of pounds for charity. He has chaired many organisations, some for over 40 years. Richard is the current chairman of the very active Alton & District Sports Council, as well as being a board member of the Chawton Park Indoor Bowls Club.

Jacky McBain – Partner

Jacky first started in estate agency in Alton in 1980 and since then has gained vast experience in that particular sphere, thus enabling her to give a first class and confident service to our many clients and applicants.

Tracey Spreadborough – Partner

Tracey has worked in estate agency since 1992 and since then has gained experience in all aspects of estate agency work.

Rosina Anderson – Admin, sales, lettings

Rosina has worked in the office since 2006 and fully supports Richard, Jacky and Tracey in all aspect of the business.
